Senior Consultant

STA is seeking a Senior Consultant, full time position, to work out of the Denver metro area. This position will be heavily focused on the implementation and support of a variety of EMC products. The candidate must be able to work independently with minimal guidance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.

The position may require up to 60% travel.

Requirements:

•	EMC CLARiiON (CX/CX3/CX4) installation and implementation experience in heterogeneous environments – UNIX, Windows, VMware, Linux
•	FC and iSCSI SAN environments
•	EMC storage infrastructure – Connectrix (Cisco, Brocade)
•	PowerPath installation and configuration – UNIX, Windows, VMware, Linux
•	Hardware, firmware, software upgrades – CX series arrays, Connectrix, host software
•	Performance tuning and troubleshooting
•	Data consolidation / migration
•	Experience with Analyzer, SnapView (MirrorView/SANCopy a plus)
•	Technical knowledge/experience with VNX/VNXe

Highly Desirable Skills:

•	EMCIE CLARiiON Certification desirable
•	NAS (Celerra) implementation experience and/or certifications
•	RecoverPoint implementation experience and/or certifications
•	Avamar implementation experience and/or certifications
•	Networker implementation experience and/or certifications
•	Data Domain implementation experience and/or certifications
•	Strong OS knowledge in Windows, Linux or UNIX
•	VMware experience
•	Other storage platforms
•	Systems Management tools such as Operations Manager
