In today’s world of tight budgets and demanding business requirements many IT organizations are under tremendous pressure to deliver business results with fewer resources. At STA we believe that IT is an indispensible asset to any organization but, in many cases IT has difficulty expressing this value to key executives. This puts IT at a disadvantage when competing for limited budget funds. In order to help our customers overcome this problem STA has built a financial analysis and business case development practice. We work with our customers to build custom analysis and business cases to help justify IT investments in terms of both technology and business benefits. This business focused practice works closely with our technical Solutions Architects and Strategic Architecture practice to build customized, credible, and relevant business cases.
